You must register at Four Seasons prior to fishing.

Fish categories include: Walleye, Northern, and Pan Fish (including Perch & Crappie). Catch, register and release is highly encouraged!

2019 FISHING CONTEST RULES

Four Seasons Resort, Cable WI
Saturday January 19th, 2019

  • Fish eligible for the ice fishing contest must be caught from Lake Namakagon (including Garden and Jackson), during contest hours of 12:01am and 4pm on Saturday, January 19th, 2019
  • Fish Measuring will take place from Midnight to 2am and again from 7am to 4pm at Four Seasons
  • You must register at Four Seasons prior to fishing. Registration is now available.
  • Lunch/Snacks included with your entry fee during the event (11am-2pm).
  • Contestants must be done fishing, fish registered and BACK TOO Four Seasons by 4pm.
  • Registration fee of $15
  • Prizes awarded for the top three in each category
  • Fish categories include: Walleye, Northern, and Pan Fish (including Perch & Crappie). Catch, register and release is highly encouraged!
  • Fish will be numbered as registered, there will be a “lucky fish” as well. The more fish you register, the more chances of winning the lucky fish.
  • Winning fish will be determined by length to the nearest 1/8th inch. In the event of a tie, the first fish registered will take priority
  • All fish and contestants must meet DNR requirements
  • Contestants are responsible for their own safety, actions and property at all times.
  • Any tampering with length of fish will automatically disqualify anglers from the contest.
  • The decision of the judge is final.
  • Contestants are responsible for verification of length of fish at time of measuring.
  • All fishing regulations for Bayfield County, Lake Namakagon and the State of Wisconsin will be abided by. —Any fish illegally caught will be disqualified.
  • There will be a leader board located in the registration area. All efforts will be made to keep the board up to date and accurate.
  • No refunds will be given out for any reason.
  • All drawing winners need not be present to win.
